AustinWoman Electromagnetic Voxels v2.4

AustinWoman v2.4 is an update for the whole-body AustinWoman model. Changes for this model include: added/improved nerves in neck, arms, spine, and near the sacrum; also updated the CSF boundaries near the spinal cord and cleaned up the CSF region inside the skull; cleaned bones near the brain to ensure grey matter is correctly enclosed; updated thin diaphragm to be more continuous. AustinWoman v2.4 was completed and uploaded on August 18, 2016. A list of materials identified in each slice can be found here.

Note: The original CST material files incorrectly switched the relative permittivity and conductivity. The files were corrected on 11/15/2016.
