AustinWoman Electromagnetic Voxels v2.1
AustinWoman v2.1 is an update for the whole-body AustinWoman model. AustinWoman v2.1 now has tissues in the brain stem separated into pons, midbrain, and medulla. The bone cortical and bone marrow boundaries were improved throughout entire model to ensure that bone marrow was surrounded by bone cortical. The adrenal gland was identified and labeled as gland in slices 1533-1595. The images and slices were rotated starting at slice 2331 going down to slice 2730 (see image shifts). The images and segmented slices were also linearly scaled in the third saw kerf region (slices 1975-1981) to smoothen the transition region. Lastly, several known errors were found and corrected. AustinWoman v2.1 was completed and uploaded on February 27, 2015. A list of materials identified in each slice can be found here.
