We therefore recommend overriding the gain reference files when running Stage 1 of the pipeline. The gain reference files are used in the Jump and RampFit steps. We provide custom gain maps that match the input values assumed by MIRAGE: gains_v2.2.1/ - directory of custom gain maps that match the input mean gain values from MIRAGE. As an example, when running Stage1 (calwebb_detector1) via 'strun' on the command line, you can override the gain maps used for the NRCA1 detector with: --steps.jump.override_gain='gains_v2.2.1/jwst_nircam_gain_nrca1.fits' --steps.ramp_fit.override_gain='gains_v2.2.1/jwst_nircam_gain_nrca1.fits'
