 nctiles_Kgm_ECCOv4 : "Bolus Velocity Coefficient (ECCO v4 Estimate; Forget et al 2015a,b,2016)"

- interpolated fields (0.5 x 0.5 lat-lon grid):
 interp_Kd_ECCOv4, interp_Kgm_ECCOv4, interp_Ks_ECCOv4

- Notes:
 These estimates have not changed since ECCO v4 release 1 (see Forget et al 2015a,b)
